Purito is the clearest Korean job candidate when “Cicaplast alternative” means a 100 ml panthenol moisturizer for a barrier-care step. Its official page publishes 10% panthenol, squalane and bamboo extract, but not Cicaplast’s 1% dimethicone active label or Tribioma system.
Purito’s own instructions and caution apply to Purito. They do not prove that the product can replace a medical product, an OTC label, or a personal treatment plan. Patch-test new products and follow the package for the market where you buy.
