ILLIYOON is a Korean larger-format moisturizer candidate for Vanicream, but it is not the same formula.

Vanicream Moisturizing Cream is an official fragrance-free face-and-body moisturizer with a short published ingredient list. ILLIYOON Ceramide Ato Concentrate Cream is a Korean rich-moisturizer candidate with separate ceramide and lipid signals and regional size contexts. Both can fill a broad leave-on moisturizing job, but their formulas, labels, sizes and markets differ.

Vanicream Moisturizing Cream versus ILLIYOON Ceramide Ato Concentrate Cream: the same broad rich-moisturizer job with different formulas and labels
Short version: Choose Vanicream when explicit fragrance-free and no-essential-oil cues, face-and-body directions or a US package context matter. Choose ILLIYOON when the Korean Ceramide Ato product and a larger-format rich-moisturizer context fit the request. A routine-job match does not make the formulas, texture, tolerance or medical wording interchangeable.

What Vanicream Moisturizing Cream actually is

ProductVanicream™ Moisturizing Cream
FormatMoisturizer for dry and sensitive skin, with face, hands, feet and body directions
Formula signalsWater, petrolatum, sorbitol, cetearyl alcohol, propylene glycol, ceteareth-20, simethicone and a short supporting list
Published label cuesFragrance free; the official page also says no botanical extracts or essential oils
Market contextUS official product page with pump, tube and jar package contexts

Vanicream's official product page describes Moisturizing Cream as a non-greasy, easy-to-spread moisturizer and shows fragrance-free, dye-free, lanolin-free, paraben-free, formaldehyde-free and botanical-extract-free cues. It also says the product contains no essential oils. Those are Vanicream's own product and label signals; they do not establish that ILLIYOON has the same tolerance profile.

The current official ingredient panel lists water, petrolatum, sorbitol, cetearyl alcohol, propylene glycol, ceteareth-20, simethicone, glyceryl stearate, PEG-30 stearate and sorbic acid. The official directions cover face, hands, feet and body and recommend applying after bathing or when needed.

Vanicream's US page also uses dry-skin and condition-related language around atopic dermatitis, psoriasis, ichthyosis and winter itch. That wording belongs to Vanicream's own US product page; it does not make ILLIYOON an eczema treatment, an OTC skin protectant or a medical substitute.

Job match: ILLIYOON Ceramide Ato Concentrate Cream

ILLIYOON's official product pages present Ceramide Ato Concentrate Cream as a rich moisturizer for dry areas such as the face, arms and legs. The Korean direct page names a 500 ml product context. At the 10 September 2026 check, the Global AMORE page rendered a 230 ml product title and showed a sold-out state. These are separate regional and page-version observations, so do not combine them into one universal size or stock claim.

The checked Global AMORE ingredient display includes cholesterol, squalane, madecassoside, Ceramide NP shown at 4 ppm, oleic acid, phytosphingosine and botanical components. Those are ILLIYOON's published formula signals on that market page. They describe a different formula system from Vanicream's petrolatum-led short list; they do not establish the same ingredient order, concentration, texture or result.

The same dated check showed Sold out on the Global AMORE listing and SOLD OUT on the Korean direct page. Stock and labels can change by country, so treat this as a dated market snapshot rather than a standing availability statement.
