Laneige describes a micro-blending process that makes cream ingredients usable in a milky toner. The current official list starts with water, butylene glycol, glycerin, meadowfoam seed oil, isopentyldiol, 1,2-hexanediol, squalane and polyglyceryl-10 stearate. Ceramide NP and acetyl tetrapeptide-11 appear in the published list, followed by humectants, botanical extracts and supporting ingredients.
The official page also says to shake the bottle because an oil ring or film can appear. That is a handling note for this emulsion-like product, not evidence that another milky toner has the same texture or stability.
