Tatcha’s current US page says to use 1–2 pumps with dry hands on a dry face, massage, then rinse with warm water. Its FAQ places the oil before a second cleanser. ma:nyo’s official US page describes evening makeup removal or a morning facial cleanse. Its directions say to massage the oil, add water so it turns milky, and rinse with lukewarm water.
